ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Mandated in section 57 of Republic Act 7160, Review of barangay ordinance by the Sangguniang Panlunsod with in ten (10) days after enactment, the Sangguniang Barangay shall furnish copies of all barangay ordinance to the Sangguniang Panlunsod concerned for review as to whether the ordinance is consistent with the law and city ordinance 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Approved   Ordinances/ Resolutions from the barangay concerned

2. Minutes of Public Hearing Concerned the Barangay Ordinances

3. Copy the attendance of stakeholders/barangay people attending the public Hearing

a.  the application is  included in the calendar  of business upon instruction  by the committee  Chair on Rules

b.   the resolution  is passed and approved in the session

 c.  the resolution for accreditation with transmittal letter is approved

How to send feedback?

Send the clients feedback immediately to the department head of the office or members of the Sangguniang Panlunsod.

How feedbacks are processed?

Talk immediately to the head of the office or members of the Sangguniang Panlunsod regarding the feedback to improve   the delivery of quantity basic service to the public. 

How to file complaint?

Write a complaint letter addressed  to the city council office thru the Vice Mayor/ presiding officer with the following:

●       Name of the person being complained

●       Incident

●       Evidence

How complaints are processed?

The record and documentation 

Division will received and open the compliant letter and include it in the calendar of business, to be discuss and decided by the members of the Sangguniang Panlunsod.
