Dazzling show of dancing lights;  mass performances of elementary and high school children. Float and arch contests participated both by the government and the private sector.

Intercollegiate Games is a dual meet between the two colleges: Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST) and Gov. Alfonso D. Tan College (GADTC) to foster friendly competition, sportsmanship and camaraderie between and among the faculty, staff and students of the two colleges.
