Along with the opening of various investment opportunities, is the parallel need for human resource that will complement these labor requirements.  Hence the need for more workers with corresponding skills to  augment the existing skills and human resource in Tangub City  to adequately meet this need.  

The City is fortunate to have two (2) colleges - the Gov. Alfonso D. Tan College and the Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology which produces equipped competitive graduates for the past years as human capital a priority of the institutions so to  supply manpower on future investors.

As of year 2020, the human resource of the city is estimated to be more or less 23,705 capturing school year 2011 to 2020 graduates of  GADTC and NMSCST; tangubanons graduated from other institution; non-residents working here in the city and the skills workers. 

Big portion of these individuals may be able to improve their families well being if provided with job opportunities.
