ABOUT THE SERVICE:
                   Heads of both local and national offices who want to have an audience with City Mayor on important office concerns or who want to have a courtesy call usually set an appointment prior to their coming. This is to ensure the availability of the City Mayor during their visit.

            Letter from the Head of office asking for an appointment

How to send feedback?
Call or text the City legal officer for the information to be given 
How feedbacks are processed?
The information is discussed with the employee concerned and the result is sent to the client giving the feedback    
How to file complaint?
Call, text the City legal officer or send a letter to be dropped at the Complaint Box located at the entrance of the City Hall lobby. State the employee being complained about, the incident and the evidences    
How complaints are processed?
The employee being inform and meeting with the department  head is set, the complainant is then informed of the result
