ABOUT THE SERVICE:
A Locational Clearance/Certificate of zoning compliance is required whenever a certain infrastructure project or any land usage or activity is introduced to a certain area. This is to ensure that a certain structure, project or activity is allowable within the zone location under the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of Tangub City.
 
BASIC REQUIREMENT(S):
                                    ● Application Form (duly accomplished and Notarized)
                                    ●Proof of ownership or right over the land to be used such as Certificate of the title in the applicants name together within its tax declaration; any                                            deed of conveyance pertaining to the land or authorization from the landowners to use the land.
                                    ●Site Development Plan with vicinity Map.
                                    ●  Project Cost Estimate/Bill of Materials
                                    ● Barangay Construction Clearance
                                    ●Official Receipt for the Clearance from the city Treasure’s office
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS:
                                    ●As per requirement prescribed by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board

            Refer to SP Resolution No. 2005-08-1536, a resolution implementing Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board No: 04-S-1998. Fees vary as to project cost.
Total Processing Time: Excluding site inspection which varies according to location and commences at
