ABOUT THE SERVICE:   

            The City Social Welfare and Development Office assists elderly Tangubanons in becoming members of senior citizen’s association. An identification card (ID) is issued to the members for them to enjoy the privileges given by law.

 

REQUIREMENT(S):

Birth Certificate

            Membership fee (200 upon registration – will go to organization’s fund)

              Annual dues- 20.00

            Laminated ID – P50.00

          -Fill out the application form

         -Pay the I.D. fee
