1 Client Steps:  Bring the Spot Map of the area showing the measurement and submit it to the officer of the day and sign the visitors logbook.    
Agency Action: Receive the Spot Map and give the visitors logbook to the client.    ​​​​​​​
Fees to be Paid: None    
Processign Time: 5 Minutes    
Person Responsible: Admin. Division Head at City Agriculture Office
2 Client Steps: Wait for the evaluators to measure the area.    ​​​​​​​
Agency Action: The evaluators will measure the area.​​​​​​​
Fees to be Paid: None    
Processign Time: 4 Hours    
Person Responsible: Admin. Division Head of the City Agriculture Office
 
3 Client Steps:  Pay the required fees.    ​​​​​​​
Agency Action: The collector may issue O.R and receive the payment.    ​​​​​​​
Fees to be Paid: PHP 1,500.00 / hectare and the Interested party shall shoulder the fuel cost    ​​​​​​​
Processign Time: 5 Minutes upon receipt    ​​​​​​​
Person Responsible: Bonded Collector of the City Agriculture Office
4 Client Steps:  Wait for the plowing operator at the  site as scheduled.    ​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Plowing shall be done by the tractor operator.        ​​​​​​​
Fees to be Paid:  
Processign Time: 7 Hours    ​​​​​​​
Person Responsible: Admin. Division Head of the City Agriculture Office

Total Fees to be Paid:  PHP 1,500.00 / hectare    ​​​​​​​
Total Processing Time:  1 Day, 3 Hours, 10 Minutes
