Application for the Issuance of Marriage License
Civil Registry Law Act No. 3753- Sec. 11- All application for Marriage License shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Executive Order Number 209 otherwise known as the Family Code of the Philippines. Marriage License is valid for 120 days from the date of issuance. If the applicants for ML did not contract marriage within 120 days from the date of issuance they may renew their application.

Documents provided by the applicant taken from City Civil Registrar’s Office / Owner’s Copy / Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA):
- Original or certified copies of Birth Certificates (1 copy). In the absence of Birth Certificates, the original or certified copies of Baptismal Certificates. In the absence of the above documents, the party may present his residence certificate or the affidavit of two witnesses (1 original copy).
