2 Client Steps: Control the area while waiting for the responder​​​​​​​.
Agency Action: Proceed to the location site where the accident/emergency happened.​​​​​​​ Assume command and control and perform precautionary action (First Aid/ Basic Life Support)​​​​​​​

Processing Time: 3 Hours
Person Responsible: Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer IV of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
3 Client Steps: Inform relatives regarding the incident that happened.​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Transport the victims to the nearest hospital.​​​​​​​ Turnover to the attending physician.​​​​​​​
