All 3 year Development Plans and Annual Investment Program of the 55 Barangays shall be reviewed by the office before their respective Development Council approves the same.

Person Responsible:  Project Development Officer - III from the City Planning and Development Office
3 Client Steps: Return to CPDO and get back the reviewed plan​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Discuss the comments and recommendations with the client and release the draft plan​​​​​​​

Processing Time: 20 Minutes
Person Responsible:  Project Development Officer - III from the City Planning and Development Office
4 Client Steps: Receive the reviewed draft plan and sign the logbook​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Give the logbook to the client for signature​​​​​​​
