CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS
During Payout:

  • Senior Citizen I.D. (1 valid and 1 photocopy) from the Client

If a pensioner authorized a person on his/her behalf:

  • Valid I.D. of the authorized person (1 original and 1 photocopy) from the Authorized Person
  • Medical Certificate if the pensioner is sick (1 original and 1 photocopy) from the Hospital / Attending Physician
  • Barangay Certification confirming the veracity of the documents and their relationship. (1 original and 1 photocopy) from the Barangay Office

1 Client Steps: Proceed to the venue for the release of the Social Pension grant.​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Release the Social Pension grant and advise the client to wait for information for the next release.​​​​​​​
