Requesting for Assistance to Women on Legal Services


The City Social Welfare and Development Office regularly provides assistance to disadvantaged women on legal cases they filed either in the barangay or in the city court. This service may be availed of by physically, sexually, or psychologically abused women, women in difficult circumstances, and those who are victims of domestic violence.

  1. Barangay Certificate (1 original and 2 photocopies) from the Barangay Office
  2. Medical Certificate (1 original and 2 photocopies) from the City Health Office / Hospital
  3. Police Blotter(1 original and 2 photocopies) from the PNP Headquarter
  4. Copy of the affidavit of the complaint (1 original and 2 photocopies) From Client/furnish by the Court
  5. Birth Certificate (1 original and 2 photocopies) from the Client / City Civil Registrar Office
  6. Marriage Contract if applicable (1 original and 2 photocopies) from the Client / City Civil Registrar Office

1 Client Steps: Approach the CSWD Office, Officer of the Day, and state intention to avail of service.

5.1 Client Steps: Submit herself to the focal person for counseling sessions and​​​​​​​ further case assessment.​​​​​​​
