Payment for Charges of Cancellation of Registration or Withdrawal of Courses


This service will receive payment of charges that will be imposed to students who will cancel registration beyond enrolment period as well as withdrawal of courses. The date of filing of notice of cancellation and withdrawal of course/s will be the bases for computing the amount to be charged.

Client Steps: Present the Cancellation of Enrolment Form for cancellation of registration and withdrawal of Enrolment Form for courses to the Cash Office *Make sure to receive the amount to be paid.
Agency Action: Check the data provided
Fees to be Paid: Within the first two(2) weeks of classes = PHP 500.00;

                             Within the third (3) weeks up to midterm exam, 50% is charged for the tuition & other school fees;

                             After Midterm Exam, 100% is charged for the tuition & other school fees;

                             Within adjustment period, Php 100.00/Course after adjustment period rate of course/s withdrawn (no. of units X rate of course).
