Payment for Tutorial and Petition Fees


This service caters to students who have tutorial classes and petition courses. Tutorial classes are allowed only for students who have courses not regularly offered in the semester.  Petition classes may be considered when general courses offered in a semester did not meet the minimum number of students enrolled. The request must be approved by the respective Dean.

2. Assessed Tutorial Form from the Registrar's Office

3. Assess Petition Form from the Registrar's Office

2 Client Steps: Pay the amount payable
Agency Action: Receive the payment and issue official receipt
Fees to be Paid: Amount as assessed
Processing Time: 15 Minutes

3 Client Steps: Claim the official receipt of payment from the Cash Office
Agency Action: Entry payments to the system
Fees to be Paid: None
Processing Time: 5 Minutes
