This is a process where the interested students will be given a library card to be used for the entire semester.

1. Signed Enrolment Form from the Registrar’s Office.

2. Borrower’s Card from the Learning Resource Center.

Agency Action: Issue Library Borrower’s Card​​​​​​​

Processing Time: 1 Minute
Person Responsible: Librarian II of the  Learning Resource Center

2 Client Steps: Fill up Library Borrower’s Card and give it back to the personnel.​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Receive and check the completeness of the entries in the card and keep the card.​​​​​​​
