This involves the routines of charging out or renewing and returning library materials.

Who May Avail: All GADTC Students, Faculty, and Staff

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS
1. Valid School ID from the client.

2. Borrowed Book(s) from the client.

Steps Service Details
1 Client Steps: When returning the books, present the school validated identification card and the borrowed book(s) to the Circulation Incharge​​​​​​​.
Agency Action: Receive the ID and the borrowed book(s)​​​​​​​. Check the returned books for missing pages or possible damages.​​​​​​​ If with missing pages or possible damages, issue an order of payment/advises the borrower to replace the book​​​​​​​.
Fees to be Paid: None
Processing Time: 7 Minutes
Person Responsible: Librarian II of the Learning Resources Center
2 Client Steps: Pay the amount of damages/missing pages (if opt to pay) to the cash​​​​​​​ office.
Agency Action: Receive payment and issue an official receipt​​​​​​​.
Fees to be Paid: None
Processing Time: 15 Minutes
Person Responsible:  Administrative Aide II of the Cash Office
3 Client Steps: Proceed to LRC, present the official receipt or book replacement​​​​​​​.
Agency Action: Receive and check the official receipt or the book​​​​​​​. Return the school ID to the borrower​​​​​​​.
Fees to be Paid: None
Processing Time: 5 Minutes
Person Responsible:  Librarian II of the Learning Resource Center
4 Client Steps: Receive the school ID​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Stamp the Date Return on the Book Card, affix signature, and file the book card and/or the OR.​​​​​​​

Processing Time: 3 Minutes
