Usage of Library Learning Materials

The Learning Resource Center (formerly College Library) takes charge of the classroom needs of the students, faculty members and staff relating to books and periodicals. These library materials may be used inside the learning resource center or maybe brought home for overnight use. This service further involves the routines of renewing library materials.

Who May Avail: All GADTC Students, Faculty, and Staff

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS
1. Valid School ID from the Client.

2. Library Borrower’s Card from the Learning Resources Center.

3. Completely Filled Book Card from the Last Page of the Book.

4. Borrowed books (for renewal) from the client.

Steps Service Details
1 Client Steps: Present the school validated Identification Card with the book to the Circulation In-charge.​​​​​​​
Agency Action:  Receive the school validated Identification Card and the book to be borrowed.​​​​​​​ Give the book card to the
borrower​​​​​​​

Processing Time: 3 Minutes
Person Responsible: Librarian II of the Learning Resources Center
2 Client Steps: Completely fill-up the Book Card and submits it to the personnel in-charge​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Receive and check the completeness of the Book Card Entry​​​​​​​. Receive and check the completeness of the Book Card Entry​​​​​​​. Release the book/s to the borrower.​​​​​​​
Fees to be Paid: None 
Processing Time: 5 Minutes
Person Responsible:  Librarian II of the Learning Resources Center
3 Client Steps: Receive the borrowed book/s​​​​​​​.
Agency Action: Affix signature on the Book Card and/or the Date Due Slip (for outside use) and keep the book card​​​​​​​.

Processing Time: 2 Minutes
