This is a student service that cater on found items inside or outside the campus. This is to assist owners of the items be easily tracked and returned.

  2. Student ID or Certificate of Registration from the Student

1 Client Steps: Report to the Office of Student Affairs-Prefect of Discipline and Formation Office and present the Student ID or Certificate of Registration
Agency Action: Provide the FOUND Form
Fees to be Paid: None
Processing Time: 3 Minutes
Person Responsible: Instructor I from the Office of Student Affairs
2 Client Steps: Fill out the FOUND Form and submit to the OSA
Agency Action: Receive and check the completeness of the FOUND Form entries.

2.1 Agency Action: Check the LOST record if the found item is reported.

Processing Time: 6 Minutes

2.2 Agency Action: Post the FOUND Form in the OSA Bulletin Board if the lost item(s) not yet reported otherwise notify the student for the possible match of the reported Lost Item

2.3 Agency Action: Give the Lost and Found Logbook
