Availment of Alfonsos’ Scholarship Program
This service is granted to students enrolled in Gov. Alfonso D. Tan College who excelled academically including non-academic scholarships or grants for those who have distinct talent or has contributory community work for the City Government of Tangub, province, region or in national level. A program supported including budgetary allocation by the Local Government Unit of Tangub. Student-applicant is screened based on the guidelines and number of approved grant set by the Institution.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS
Academic Scholarship
- Academic Scholarship Application Form from the Office of Student Affairs (OSA)
- Grade slip(s) for two (2) consecutive semesters of the preceding Academic Year with no grade below 87 from the Registrar's Office
- Certificate of General Weighted Average for two (2) consecutive semesters of the preceding Academic Year with at least 91% and above duly signed by the College Registrar from the Registrar's Office
- Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by the Prefect of Student Discipline and Formation or College Guidance Counselor from the Guidance and Admission Office
- One (1) original copy of Barangay Certification of Residency from the Respective Barangay Office where applicant resides
Entrance Scholarship
- Academic Scholarship Application Form from the Office of Student Affairs
- Certificate as Class Valedictorian duly signed by the School Principal from where the applicant graduated High School
- Certificate of General Weighted Average duly signed by the School Registrar from where the applicant graduated High School
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from where the applicant graduated High School
- Certificate of Residency with Recommendation duly signed by the Brgy. Captain from where the applicant permanently resides including a residency in Tangub City, if applicable
- Other documentary requirements as per mandated by the Institution for notification
Alfosonsos Student Assistant:
- Scholarship Application Form from the Office of Student Affairs
- Grade slip of the previously enrolled semester: (Registrar's Office)
- Office Assistants: GWA 81% with no Failing grades
- Working Scholar: No failing grade
- COR or Study Load from the Registrar's Office
- Certificate of Residency with Recommendation duly signed by the Barangay Captain from where the applicant permanently resides including a residency in Tangub City, if applicable
- Accomplished ITR or Certificate of Indigency from the BIR/Barangay Certificate and DSWD Certification
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from where the applicant graduated High School
- Medical Certificate of Good Health from the Guidance and Admission Office
- Birth Certificate from the LGU-Tangub City Health Office
- Certified True Copy of Form 137/Photocopy of Form 138-Freshmen or Grade Slip from the previous semester if already enrolled in the College from PSA where the applicant graduated High School/ College Registrar
- Application Letter addressed to College President from the Applicant
- Four (4) pieces 2x2 recent I.D. pictures from the Applicant
- Sinanduloy Grant, Mr. & Ms. GADTC, Founding Anniversary
- Student Publication
- SSC/SBO Grant
- ROTC Corps Commander
- Scholarship Application Form from the Office of Student Affairs/ Supervising Officer/Coordinator
- Grade slip of the previously enrolled semester: GWA of 87% in every semester (for Student Publication only) from College Registrar
- Certification from the supervising Office/Coordinator from Socio-Cultural Office
- Endorsement from the Scholarship and Welfare Office from OSA-Scholarship and Welfare Office
- Brgy. Certification of Residency from the Barangay Office where the applicant resides
