Application to Avail Lot/Units in the Housing/Resettlement Project

Who May Avail: Informal Settlers, Local/National Employees and other qualified beneficiaries

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS

For informal settlers:

1. Valid ID from the CMO/COMELEC/DepEd/National Agencies.

2. Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) from the Barangay Office.

3. Marriage Certificate from the City Civil Registrar’s Office.

4. Barangay Clearance (resident for at least 3 years) from the Barangay Office.

5. Good Moral character from the Barangay Office.

6. Application letter from the Local Housing Office.

 

For local/national employees:

1. Valid ID from the CMO/COMELEC/DepEd/National Agencies.

2. Appointment from the Employees Local/National.

3. Latest Notice of Salary Adjustment from the Employees Local/National.

4. Good moral character were you employed from the Employees Local/National.

5. Certification of Net Take Home Pay from the Employees Local/National.

6. TIN from the BIR, Ozamis City.

7. Voter’s ID from the COMELEC office, Tangub City.

8. Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) from the Barangay Office.

9. Barangay Clearance (resident for at least 3 years) from the Barangay Office.

10. Application letter from the Local Housing Office.

 

Informal Settlers in government areas, settlers in the hazard-prone area, and those affected by government projects:

1. Certification from Assessor’s office of no real property owned from the City Assessor’s Office, Tangub City.

2. Good Moral character from the Barangay Office.

3. TIN from the BIR, Ozamis City.

4. Voter’s ID from the COMELEC office, Tangub City.

5. Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) from the Barangay Office.

6. Barangay Clearance (resident for at least 3 years) from the Barangay Office.

7. Application letter from the Local Housing Office.

Steps Service Details
1 Client Steps: Sign in the Client Log Book at PACD.​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Give the logbook to the client.​​​​​​​

Agency Action: Check and verify the completeness of the requirements and interview the client.​​​​​​​

Person Responsible:  Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer V of the Local Housing Division.

Agency Action: Endorse the application to the Selection Committee.​​​​​​​

Processing Time: 25 Minutes
Person Responsible:  Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer V of the Local Housing Division.

Agency Action: Screen the applicant based on the document submitted.​​​​​​​
Fees to be Paid: None
Processing Time: 5 Days
Person Responsible:  From the Selection Committee.

Agency Action: Send notice of approval or disapproval to the applicant.​​​​​​​
Fees to be Paid: None
Processing Time: 4 Hours
Person Responsible:  Housing and Homesite Regulation Officer V from the Local Housing Division.

Agency Action: If approved, prepare the contract to sell and​​​​​​​ endorse it to the Legal Office for review.​​​​​​​

2 Client Steps: Sign the contract to sell.​​​​​​​
Agency Action: Release the signed contract to sell and requires the client to sign the logbook.​​​​​​​
