Issuance of Fencing Permit


A fencing permit is secured by the real property owner prior to the construction of a fence.

CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS

  1. Fencing Plan (3 Copies) from a Commissioned Professional
  2. Bill of Materials and Cost Estimates signed by a Licensed Civil Engineer (3 Copies) from a Commissioned Professional
  3. Lot plan with certification from a Geodetic Engineer that the proposed fence will not encroach on adjoining properties (3 Copies) from a Commissioned Professional
  4. Current Real Property Tax Receipt from the City Treasurer’s Office (3 Copies) from a Personal File of the applicant
  5. Tax declaration or TCT of lot (3 Xerox Copies) from the City Assessor’s Office, 1st Floor, City Hall Building, Tangub City or Personal File of the applicant
  6. If the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot the following should be provided from the Lot Owner: (a) Duly authorized copy of authorization from lot owner (3 Copies) and (b) Duly notarized contract of lease or deed of absolute sale (3 Copies) - which ever applies    
  7. Barangay Construction Clearance (3 Photocopies) from the Barangay Office where the site is located
  8. Official Receipt of Fencing Permit Fee (3 Copies) from the City Treasurer’s Office, 1st Floor, City Hall Building, Tangub City
  9. Zoning Clearance from the City Planning and Development Office, 2nd Floor, City Hall Building, Tangub City
  10. Fire Clearance from the Bureau of Fire and Protection, 1st Street, Tangub City
