Issuance of Occupancy Permit


n occupancy permit is to be secured by a property owner before any building or structure can be used or occupied. The same holds true if there is any change in the present usage or occupancy classification of a structure or any portion thereof. The permit is usually secured when construction is completed.

  3. Duly Signed Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection Report (5 Copies)    from the Bureau of Fire and Protection Office, 1st Street, Tangub City
  4. Official Receipt from the City Treasurer’s Office Ground Floor of City Hall, Tangub City
