  2. Provide practical care and support
  3. Provide free advice and alternatives.
  4. Comfort people and families in distress brought by problems in health and addiction but helping them to realize their roles as support systems
  5. Listening, but not pressuring people to talk

1 Client Steps:  Visit the Office of the City Anti-Drug Abuse, its Facebook page and posters for the details. Raise concerns through call.​​​​​​​
Agency Action:  Make mobile phones and contact numbers available for call. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Processing Time:  10 Minutes​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Person Responsible:  Nurse I from the Tangub City Anti-Drug Abuse Office
2 Client Steps:  Provide necessary information that will help the concern.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Agency Action:  Accommodate concerns of client and observe confidentiality.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Processing Time:  10-45 Minutes
