The Tangub City Anti-Drug Abuse Team provides assessment, treatment or counselling in a professional relationship to assist an individual or group in alleviating mental or emotional illness, symptoms, conditions or disorders. It includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. This service is given Monday to Friday

- Valid ID (Original) from LGU, LTO, Post Office, PRC and other government agencies
- Medical Prescription from a Private or Public Doctor

Agency Action: Assess the behaviour, thoughts, feelings and the individual wellbeing of the client. | |
Agency Action: Check the result of the assessment using the Mental Health Gap Action Plan (mhGAP) of the Department of Health for proper and possible diagnosis and medication to be given. | |
Agency Action: Inform the Physician on duty about the result of the assessment and for the possible diagnosis and medication | |

Reengineered systems and procedures: There is no need for clients to inquire about the service available, instead upon arrival of every client, the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD), will immediately inquire them of the service they expect to avail. Information Billboard and proper sinages will also be put in place.
